Reasons for Return or Exchange:

Wrong Product:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, promptly submit a claim request through the official Kesh complaints and claims hotline via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will cover all transportation costs and coordinate with you to return the incorrect product and dispatch the correct one.

Missing Product:
- In the case of an incomplete product, submit a claim request to Kesh complaints and claims via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product, attaching the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Once your claim is received, our Customer Service team will respond within 3 business days. Depending on the case, we will either send the missing piece or guide you through the return process to receive the complete product.

Product Breakdowns:
- If you receive a product with defects, initiate a claim request for a breakdown through the official Kesh WhatsApp within 24 hours. Attach the invoice or proof of purchase along with images and/or videos showcasing the fault.
- We will recognize the exchange, covering all transportation costs incurred.
Warranty Claim:
- For hygiene and health reasons, products for personal use, body cleansing (such as shampoo, soaps, creams, and cosmetic products), are not eligible for warranty or returns.
Note: All claim requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
